We had a slab leak that required the vinyl flooring in our laundry room to be cut up for the repair. We had shopped around at some other locations, including the box stores, and in all cases either the staff were disengaged, the selection was poor, or the time window to get to the job was too large. Or some combination of those things. We went by Flooring Specialist and the staff that helped us (Olivia) was super friendly and super helpful. They had a great selection to choose from and they provided a short time to acquire the flooring we had chosen and an equally short time for how long it would take to schedule the install. Our hot water heater needed to be removed before the work was done and they offered to use their own plumber that they use regularly to insure that the hot water heater could be removed, the flooring installed, and the hot water heater replaced on the same day. Since we had just had the hot water heater installed and a slab leak repaired by another plumbing company, we wished to use that company for the pull and replace. Flooring Specialist was fine with that and even took the name and number of our plumber to coordinate the process and it all got done in one day still. The install itself was done in a professional fashion. The leveling of the slab repair area and the install of the flooring look great. The installers were on time, friendly and tidy. We were very pleased with the whole process, especially since this was such a small job and certainly not a big money maker for them. The cost was very reasonable. Their team patiently assisted me in choosing tile size, color, patterns, grout color, even suggested where to find matching accessories for my “new” bathroom. Giving a huge shout out to The Flooring Specialist in Warner Robins for the HUGE home improvement project they just completed for us. We had all flooring downstairs replaced with beautiful LVP and all carpet upstairs replaced with new carpet, Including the staircase. They also demo'd the huge jacuzzi tub in the master bath and replaced It with a beautiful walk in tile shower. We also had the tub/shower removed in the guest bathroom and replaced with a walk in tile shower as well as replacing the old and outdated tile flooring. They hit it out of the park! From start to finish they were an amazing partner with us. They answered my many questions, they showed up on time every day and worked so hard to get it all done.
